Whimmmsi Creams.

The challenge at hand was to craft an irresistible visual identity for the entirely fictional ice cream brand, Whimmmsi Creams. The goal was to seamlessly merge traditional design techniques with the cutting-edge capabilities of generative AI, capturing the playful essence of the brand’s name while artfully showcasing its delicious array of flavour filled, tasty, fruity flavours. Raspberry Blast, Blueberry Bomb, Caramelo Affogato, Cherry Fantasy and Mango Swirl.

Like any creative endeavor, I began by sketching out initial concepts for the brand’s key visual design. However, this time, I opted to leverage the power of sketch to AI technology and creative prompts. This innovative approach swiftly transformed my rough sketches and compositions into intricate and dynamic visual creations.

Generative AI proved to be not only a tool for creating visually striking designs with remarkable efficiency but also a boundless source of creative possibilities. With each iteration, I meticulously refined the generated visuals, fine-tuning colors, and applying both traditional and generative retouching techniques to complete the tasty campaign visuals.

The Whimmmsi Creams case study serves as a beacon illuminating the path toward the future of the creative process. While the final output may not yet reach the scale of printing on billboard-sized canvases, the rapid evolution of upscaling technologies suggests that this revolutionary approach is on the precipice of becoming the new standard.

Until that moment arrives, the speed at which ideas can be realised through this method effectively circumvents the need for a full-scale photoshoot or extensive 3D artistry, making it a pragmatic choice for modern creative endeavors, especially in the conceptual, ideation phase to get client approval.

Demonstrating the seamless integration of traditional design thinking with emerging technologies, Whimmsi Creams emerges not just as an ice cream brand but as a vibrant narrative of creativity and imagination, showcasing versatility, innovation, and a forward-thinking approach to design.
