Experience lush
luxurious living
in Lane Cove.

The project name Arcadia refers to harmony with nature, a very pleasant and quiet place or scene. Located in the highly desirable and leafy location of Lane Cove, the development is uniquely positioned directly across from the abundant Batten Reserve. Known for its natural beauty and winding trails, my concept was to capture the fluidity and flowing nature of the reserve and nearby Lane Cove National Park and River.

Arcadia Lane Cove branding needed to exude a sense of premium luxury, showcasing the superb location and reflecting the exquisitely crafted homes. Taking great inspiration from nature and its idyllic surroundings, I used hints of gold which reference the sun-kissed light in amongst nature. With ink flowing throughout the background reminiscent of the river streams and nature as if seen from above. Glistening gold shimmers of sunlight served as the inspiration for the customised typography.

Located in the Lane Cove Village Shopping precinct, my challenge here was to transform the former real estate office into a multi-level interactive display suite. The use of backlit signage, floor to ceiling video wall displaying the project video enticed pedestrian traffic and visitors to want to enter the display suite and find out more.

Complimenting the Arcadia Lane Cove Branding, my idea was to use stunning gold frames and bespoke gold elements with timber joinery and marble bench-tops were jotted throughout the display suite. The finishes reflected the finishes in the apartment allowing the purchaser the ability to establish the quality of the development.

With the educated buyer being savvy to the sales process, we wanted to offer more and decided to utilise multiple models and multiple 3D interactive touch screens, which showcased floor-plans and fly-through videos and all sales collateral at the touch of the fingertips. Giving the purchaser an exhilarating and unique and customised experience.

Level 2 was all about the touch and feel experience. Separating the spaces allowed the customer to experience the finishes away from the sales path, giving the serious buyers a chance to witness a to-scale bathroom and kitchen. It showcased the exceptional finishes on offer beautifully, with the alternate colour scheme being displayed via a large scale lightbox directly opposite a private room at the end of the hall for privacy and contracts to be signed.

“Every person who walks into the display suite at Arcadia is blown away by the creativity and experience Allan created.
The brand was memorable and engaging to the target audiences and helped drive successful sales”
